If worst comes to worst

To ensure a smooth return process, it is important to announce your shipment to us with a detailed error message so that we can check whether shipping is indeed necessary and, if so, can create a return number.

Do not initiate shipping before we have checked the return report and you have received your return number.

Please note that all liquids/refrigerants must be removed prior to the transport!

Upon request, we will gladly check whether a rental chiller is available as a replacement for the time of repair to make sure you can continue your operations.
