Our training program is designed for everybody who works with KKT chillers products and is responsible for their commissioning, maintenance or repair. Which training can be attended by which technician depends on the participant’s previous knowledge as training courses do not build on each other. Our courses take place in state-of-the-art training facilities at our locations as well as at customers or service partners around the world.

Our instructors, all of whom have many years of experience in refrigeration technology, provide in-depth technical and background knowledge about our technology, which is individually tailored to the knowledge and needs of the course participants.

As a rule, we offer three different training courses, which do not build on each other but can be completed individually. Participants will need to decide for the course that best matches their previous knowledge in the relevant areas:

The Basic course is aimed at technical staff with general technical training and experience. It covers commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance and shares basic knowledge relating to these fields. 

The Plus course is the right choice for technicians who are trained in electrical engineering and have experience working in the field, e.g. service technicians or electrical mechatronics specialists. The training covers extended basic knowledge about commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, refrigeration and electrical engineering as well as basic knowledge in hydraulics.

The Expert training is aimed at trained and experienced refrigeration technicians. The course includes extended basic knowledge about commissioning and hydraulics as well as expert knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, refrigeration and electrical engineering.

We train our globally active service partners to achieve the highest possible service quality.

In special training courses, they acquire extended knowledge about the chillers, learn about the special features of the various components and receive valuable tips for troubleshooting and maintenance.
